Common Fault Analysis And Solution Of Claw Crane Machine

1.Coin detection switch is abnormal→Unplug the coin acceptor and check whether still show fault

If the plug is pulled, it will not show a coin failure →Normally closed normally open switch of coin acceptor is dialed wrong, Generally it is the black switch below the plug at the back of the coin acceptor. Normally closed normally open switch of coin acceptor is not dialed wrong,it is fault of coin acceptor, and change coin acceptor.
Unplug the coin acceptor,fault can not be removed, it is the fault of the motherboard problem, and replace the motherboard.

2.Grand prize detection switch is abnormal, check whether the gift detection board is on red light

Red light is on ① Check whether there is any object blocking the detection panel emitting light, and exclude the blocking object. ② If there is no object blocking, check whether the reflection black sponge is present ③ it is fault of detection plate, over-emission, slightly adjust the potentiometer, or replace the detection plate.
No red light; still a fault when unplug, it is fault of motherboard, replace motherboard

3.Left detection switch is abnormal, When reporting an error, see if the crane is reset to the far left

Crane is not reset to the far left, it is fault of the board to the left and right parts of the motor,check whether there are objects stuck to the left of the crane
The crane has reset to the far left and push to the left microswitch; it is fault in Microswitch to motherboard

4.Check if the switch is abnormal and whether the claw has received to the top when reporting an error

The claw has been received to the top. Disassemble the front cover of the crane above the claw and see if the Micro gasket is bounced
No bounce, check whether the gasket is stuck, and add lubricating oil
Check whether the red rope runs out of the pulley, or stuck in opposite direction, manually restore the red rope.
Micro gasket has been bounced,it is fault of micro switch to the motherboard part, and replace detection or multimeter to test whether there is voltage, normally bounce is 0 V, press down about 4-5V

5.The back detection switch is abnormal, see whether the crane is reset by the glass door when the error is reported.

The crane has been pushed to the left microswitch against the glass door. It is fault of back microswitch to board. Replace detection or exclusion.
If it is not reset to the position near the glass door, restart it and observe whether the motor rotates before reporting error
If the motor rotates, it is fault of the motor to the gea, check whether the gear is for deviation.
If the motor does not rotate after restart, it is fault between the board and the motor, and replace it to detection or multimeter to test whether there is voltage.( Restart it, before reporting an error, check whether there is about 48V voltage in the two lines of the motor, If there is a voltage,motor does not operate,it is fault of motor;if there is no voltage, it is fault of motherboard, or bad contact of the connection from motherboard to motor cable)

6. No display on small LCD of console, the game sound is normal.

It is fault from board to parts of small LCD. first check whether plug line at the bottom of the LC, whether the board plug line is tight, replace the LC, and replace the board.

7.No electricity, see if The fluorescent work

The light is not on,it is fault in 220V input, check whether power line, sockets, switches and switch filter are burned
Light is bright, motherboard and small LC is not bright
First check whether indicator light of he 12V power box is on, if not on, and disconnect the motherboard plug, if still not on, check 220V input line of the power box (generally thick brown and blue line) is open or plug loose. If plug loose or open circuit, restore the wire after unplugging, replace the power box. If no fault in Wire plug, replace the power box.
The power is bright, motherboard and small LC is not bright.
It is fault from the power box to board. Or shorted load.
Check whether the 12V voltage reaches the motherboard, if does not reach, it is open circuit from the power box to the board power line, or the output voltage of the power box is insufficient, replace the power box.
Check that 12V voltage reaches to the motherboard, it is fault in motherboard or load short circuit. Replace the motherboard first, if normal,it is the fault of motherboard; still is not bright if replace the motherboard, it is the load short circuit—-Disconnect the load, check which load is failure.

8.The interface can not be connected. It can be played when dropped coin, no sound, no coin numbers display on LCD.

9.The crane does not go around when operate of joystick in game playing.

Enter the menu→Crane test→Crane moving test; See if the crane can move, if yes, it is fault of joystick or joystick connection, check the cable or replace the joystick
Crane moving test—the crane does not go, it is fault from 48V power box to the motherboard. Replace to test.

10. No sound. check whether amplifier board is used with android or I/O.

Android power amplifier, check whether the power amplifier board lights up, the light has power supply; if the light is not on, check whether plug voltage of the 12V power supply reaches the power amplifier, the voltage to the indicator light is not on, it is the fault of the power amplifier board or the Android board, replace it.

Android power amplifier lights up without sound, unplug the 3.5mm headphone line of the Android board, plug into the phone, click the phone to play music to listen to whether there is sound from speaker; If there is sound, it is the fault of Android board; if there is no sound, it is fault from power amplifier board to speaker.( First check the cable, if there is no fault with the plug cable, replace the amplifier board and the speaker, and the Android board to the power amplifier cable)

I/O power amplifier, unplug the 3.5mm headphone line of the Android board, plug into the phone, click the phone to play music to listen to whether there is sound from speaker; If there is sound, it is the fault of Android board; if there is no sound, check the plug line of speaker, and replace I/O board or speaker.

11. No display on LCD, game playing and sound is normal.

It is fault from android to LCD screen
Restart and see if there is no signal displayed on LCD; No signal display,it is fault from Android board to LCD VGA signal input.,check from the Android HD output line to the LCD VGA plug; or replace Android HD Convert VGA Plug,replace the cable,replace android board,replace the LCD.
